The 12" Duo-edge Roast Slicer is a favorite for slicing barbeque meat. Both long and sharp to make that important initial cut, this knife includes a series of alternating small hollows on the side of the blade to allow the introduction of air, juices, and fats to lubricate the blade for smooth slicing. The duo-edge blade allows for ultra-thin slices as the ample blade length facilitates long, even, accurate cuts. The ergonomic handle features a textured, slip-resistant grip that prevents fatigue.
